Vesttoo is well-known in the insurance and high-tech industries. However, many investors do not fully understand the reinsurance field. To address this, the company focused on education to position itself as a thought leader. They launched the first Redefining ILS event in New York, with plans to expand it globally.

Launch the first event in New York while ensuring it can be scaled for future global editions.

  • Create a sub-brand logo that integrates Vesttoo’s core identity while highlighting the event’s focus on networking and education.
  • Ensure the logo is versatile enough to adapt to multiple locations and can be easily reproduced by external teams with limited design resources.

My role was to :

  • Design a sub-logo that incorporated Vesttoo’s existing branding to ensure instant recognition.
  • Develop a scalable visual identity for the event that conveyed professionalism and approachability.
    • Design a sub-brand logo that connects with Vesttoo’s core identity. The logo should also emphasize the event’s focus on networking and education.
    • The logo must be versatile enough to work in multiple locations.
    • It should also be easy for external teams to reproduce, even with limited design resources.
    • Worked closely with the U.S.-based production team to ensure the seamless execution of design assets.
    • Offered guidance and support to align all materials with the event’s goals and Vesttoo’s brand standards.
    • Managed and adapted stakeholder presentations to make them visually engaging, on-brand, and technically optimized for the event.
    • Collaborated with presenters to refine both their content and delivery, improving the overall experience for attendees.

    As a result of meticulous planning and execution, we successfully launched the inaugural $1M Redefining ILS event in New York, achieving an impressive ROI of 150%.

    Furthermore, we delivered a scalable event identity that can seamlessly be reused for future editions, ensuring consistent branding across global markets.
